8 september 2008 - Weinheim (DE) – OEG Bahnhof. Double traction on the OEG- GT8 cars 106 and 109 form a ‘rundfahrt’ from Heidelberg to Mannheim via Weinheim. I think it is only in peak hours that two-car trains of these trams operate.

7 september 2008 - Mannheim, Germany – Edingen OEG. The OEG station at Edingen is the terminus for Line 5 trams working short journeys from Mannheim, which are often maintained by these classic Deuwag GT-8 trams that still make up a large part of the OEG fleet. All OEG cars are double-ended. Car 107 is just arriving and will later go back to Mannheim. Note the third headlamp – always a legal requirement for interurban trams in Germany.

8 august 2012 - Mannheim, Otto-Selz Straße. Znudziło mi się nieco w Karlsruhe i miałem jeszcze trochę czasu. Czemu by nie wskoczyć w ICE i nie podjechać do Mannheim? W ciągu dwugodzinnego spaceru udało mi się spotkać tego dziadka :).

8 september 2008 - Schriesheim (DE) – OEG Bahnhof. Another GT8 workhorse of the OEG line. Although these are now twenty years old and new low-floor trams keep arriving, they should be around for a while yet. I expect the Romanians are queuing up to buy them, too.

17 august 2009 - Mannheim-Käfertal. Co ciekawe ostatnie helmuty wyprodukowano dla OEG jeszcze w 1988 roku. Widoczne 114 i 116 pochodzą z tej serii. Najwyraźniej wiązane są z nimi jeszcze jakieś nadzieje, bo przemalowano je w nowe barwy RNV. Po środku kolejna generacja taboru - Variobahn z 2003 roku.

17 august 2009 - Mannheim-Käfertal. Od lat 60. na kolejce OEG dominowały takie 8-osiowe wagony Duewaga. Ostatnio jednak zaczęło ich ubywać. Ten egzemplarz jest obecnie najstarszy.
