27 september 2008 - Ploiesti (RO) – depou/zajezdnia, Str. Gageni. This typical Romanian minibus was built by Rocar, but I can’t tell you anything else about it. Buses like these are often to be seen working in public service throughout the country on what look like unofficial routes – I don’t know if these need official permission to operate, or are what in England we call ‘pirate’ buses?
