20 may 2005 - Gotha, Bahnhofstrasse. 2005 was the last year of extensive Deuwag operation in Gotha, as ex-Erfurt Tatra cars were arriving in numbers to replace these lovely classic trams. 442 and 320, working the two in-town routes, stand together at the Bahnhof terminus - also now gone and replaced with a sexy new interchange.

20 may 2005 - Gotha - petla Gotha Ost. Terminus of city Line 2. Mannheim 320 was received in such good condition in 1993, they didn’t even bother to repaint it. This tram actually ran in Heidelberg until 1968, before going to Mannheim.

1 august 2004 - Gotha, Germany - betriebshof/zajedznia Waltershauser Strasse: Gotha has always had a very interesting tramway system, particularly when I first visited in 2004. Many second-hand Duewag cars were operating then, including these two #395 and #396 seen in the depot yard.

20 may 2005 - Reinhardsbrunn, near Gotha. On the 21km Thuringerwaldbahn interurban line from Gotha to Tabarz, 395 heads through the remote pine forests that line the route.

21 may 2005 - Gotha, Hauptbahnhof. This terminus vanished completely in 2006 (along with nearly all the lovely Deuwag trams) when a new interchange opened to the left of the picture. In 2005, though, when everything was just how it had always been, 442 on Line 2 arrives and 395 in the foreground awaits its next tour of duty, which will be a trip to Tabarz.

1 august 2004 - Gotha, zajezdnia/depot Waltershauserstrasse. Classic GT6 trams, acquired second-hand from Mannheim - all normal services are now run by ex-Erfurt Tatra KT4Ds and the sizeable collection of Deuwags has been either retired or scrapped.

27 september 2006 - Gotha (DE) – Betriebshof /zajezdnia Waltershauserstrasse. One of the nice collection of 1960s Düwag GT6 trams now replaced by Tatras. This one came originally from Mannheim. Gotha has always kept all their trams in very smart condition. All but two of the Düwags have been scrapped just recently, however.

20 may 2005 - Gotha – Thuringerwaldbahn near Wahlwinkel. Deuwag 408 (ex-Brandenburg) is almost completely lost in the landscape as it heads towards Freidrichroda and Tabarz.

1 august 2004 - Gotha, Germany - betriebshof/zajedznia Waltershauser Strasse: An ex-Mannheim Duewag GT6 of 1967 inside the depot. Like almost all the lovely Duewags once running in the city, this has gone now, to be replaced by other second-hand purchases from nearby German operators.

30 april 2005 - Gotha (Niemcy), Dworzec Główny. Zapraszam do przejażdżki Koleją Lasu Turyńskiego, czyli nieobecną na zdjęciu linią 4. Początek trasy to dworzec kolejowy w mieście Gotha. Startują stąd też linie 1 jadąca po trasie 4, ale tylko do Szpitala i jeszcze krótsza 2 - do Dworca Wschodniego. Sam plac przed dworcem wygląda obecnie nieco inaczej.

20 may 2005 - Tabarz, near Gotha. The substantial Thuringerwaldbahn terminus on the edge of Tabarz village – the line once continued a little further along the main village street. At this point, the tram is nearly 20km from Gotha city centre.

6 may 2017 - Helmut z niską wstawka zbliża się do mijanki Boxberg. Warto nadmienić, że przy mijance znajduje się pętla również pętla techniczna. Nazwa mijanki pochodzi od pobliskiego wzgórza o wysokości 359m n.p.m.
