3 may 2001 - Lodz – zajezdnia Helenowek. Two interesting goods vans from the interurban lines stood in the open air at Helenowek for many years (there is another at Chochianowice, so at least three survive). In more recent times, I have noticed one in the new Tramwajowa museum and another (or the same one?) in Dabrowskiego, so I’m now not sure which one’s where and how many actually survive. I hope at least one example is now safely under cover, as these are quite historic.

3 may 2001 - Lodz – zajezdnia Helenowek. The second goods van at Helenowek was cleverly disguised as a shed – but its tramway origins are obvious. This one doesn’t have an end platform like the others.
