7 january 2019 - Tōkyō, Toshima-ku, Nishi-ikebukuro 1-chōme (東京都豊島区西池袋１丁目), supposedly Metropolitan Route 441. The western side of Ikebukuro station is Kokusai Kōgyō`s lair, so to speak, as I had already shown before. The two buses displaying "out of service" are most likely only showing it to loop around the terminus located to the south of this intersection (behind the photographer). One of the buildings in the background houses a railway model shop, with prices easily able to make one doubt their wallet (but that`s railway modelling in general anyway).
