  I`m sorry to hear that. You tried to communicate with them via email maybe? Normally the tender is the easiest way to buy something from the state. Otherwise it would be way more difficult, especially from abroad.

  I am not familliar either with the procedure connected to the tenders. Here should be listed all movable property of the Ministry of National Defense of Bulgaria which is for sale. Unfortunately, for the moment I see nothing for sale.

  In an article from bulgarian news I read that The Army had wanted to sell two Chavdars last year, but for now I don`t have such information.
