27 august 2006 - Chicago, niedaleko Union Station. Ten wyprodukowany w 1991 roku w Roswell (tak, tym od UFO :D) autobus jest obecnie najstarszym pojazdem we flocie CTA (pierwszy RTS, wyprodukowany dla Chicago). Z powodu zakupu hybrydowych New Flyerów D40LF, zakończenie eksploatacji autobusów TMC RTS-08 planowane jest jeszcze na 2007 rok, a nie, jak wcześniej podawano - 2008.
