A few corrections. This is not an SB220 GSE, this is a Daf SB220 LT550 chassis. The body is not Castrosua, it is a Hispano Carrocera. This bus was part of the second lot (the first was in fact 1994) but these was put in service in 1996 so it may be a 1995 or 1996.
