23 august 2004 - Wurzburg, Germany – Dominiker Platz. Some of us on TWB discussed recently what makes a beautiful tram. Wurzburg surely wins the prize for ugliness - what do you think? In English, we have a saying - ‘beauty is in the eyes of the beholder’ (in other words, if it looks good to you, it is good, and it doesn’t matter what others think). I would have to be very drunk indeed to find these beautiful.

Exactly, whatever eye might find beauty in this, needs an appointment at a doctor asap!
I find the Wuerzburg low-floors lovely in their simplicity - no fancy styling or anything silly like they do in France - just a couple of boxes together. Simple, stylish, German
