6 october 2008 - Ghioroc, Romania. Arad 301 reverses into the terminus in Ghioroc village ready for the long trip back to Arad. The car and trailer are ex-OEG, Mannheim and are regularly to be found on this trip – these are proper ‘long distance’ interurban cars and very comfortable inside. The window curtains are fitted on every Romanian bus and tram. The white building on the left is the former tramway station.

Yes - on their third owner - and still ride like new (like some of the ones they just got from Innsbruck). Lovely trams - they don't make them like that any more......;-)
