1984 - Sanok. A prototype of small city bus, Autosan H6. This bus was expected to upgrade service on night lines and less popular lines. Although it was designed in 1983, it did not go into serial production, because no suitable engine was produced then in Poland. Finally, serial production started in 1992.

Pierwsze prototypy wyglądały bardzo nowocześnie, ale im bliżej seryjnych wersji tym uboższe się stawały
To samo tyczyło się też choćby stopiątek, których wygląd jeszcze zubożał w trakcie eksploatacji.
Ale chyba jednak H6tka przeszła większą metamorfozę
w sumie nie ma się co dziwić, rozwiązania atrakcyjne stylistycznie czasem okazują się niepraktyczne lub zbyt kosztowne w seryjnej produkcji.
