  Moscow bus depots don't fix articulation in Ikaruses: it's easier to exchange it with withdrawn vehicle without problems.

  For Moscow - really too old: now Mosgortrans actively scraps '97, '98 and '99 280.33M's. Some depots use them up to the first serious breakdown: spares became more expensive and it is not favorable to fix vehicle, which soon will be sent into the "space mission". Only some 280's of 1994-1996 are still alive, but only particular ones, renewed in 2005-2008.

  PL: Ale urwał! Szkoda Ikara, Raba D10 w lewarze wydaje piękne dźwięki, a sam autobus jest prawie nowy, jak na Ikarusa.
  EN: What a break off! Poor Ikarus, Raba D10 with manual gearbox sounds really beautiful, and all bus is quite new, as Ikarus.

  Uniqueness of this 280 is in its engine: D10UTS was replaced to engine from withdrawn Ikarus-283 in depot.
