To była tymczasowa wajcha - na czas przebudowy placu Kościuszki uruchomiono wahadłową linię 39 do Powstańców Warszawskich. Zwrotnica umożliwiała obsługę linii przez dwa pociągi mijające się przy Urzędzie Miasta.
