12 september 2010 - Radom, near UMCS by Uniwersytecka street. To solve fleet problems of PKS (National Automotive Transport) a suburban version of Jelcz M11 was created. As seen in the picture, the bus was equipped with only 2 doors and modified ratio of rear axle main gear and different gearbox. Frequently Jelcz L11 was the bus which replaced last old Jelcz 043 in PKS fleet.
