5 february 2006 - Kraków, Wola Duchacka depot. Jelcz M121 was followed by an articulated version - Jelcz M181. This bus appeared only in few Polish cities. MPK Kraków was particulary fond of them and continued buying them until 2007 to aquire total number of 92. This was a rear-engine, low entry bus, equipped with MAN D0286 or Mercedes OM447hla engine.
