This bus was originally ordered for Italy, but for some reason it was never sent there, and spent probably almost a year at the factory in Estonia before it was sent to Norway as a demonstrator. One very clear sign that it was built for Italy is the blue colour, which is the one used on regional buses there. The colour is also very close to the typical Nettbuss colour, which gave a lot of confusion until it was clear from the order lists that it was ordered by SBI (Scania Bus Italia).

I updated the image description now after I got it confirmed from Scania in Italy (through another contact) that it was never down there. Well, I guess the italians found out that there was no market for it, even if this kind of bus seems to be popular there. It could be that the original customer withdrew or something like that.
