  Yes they are, They belonge to Egged Taavura, a subsudiry of Egged.

  No. They were bought from VDL, not Connexxion, although they have the same livery, or a similar one.
  It`s a bit weird, but the buses of the two companies really resemble each other. Even the logos are similar...
