Wiener Linien maintains a few old Type E1 trams of the 1970s in this special yellow livery for a premium-fare tourist operation around the famous Ring in the city centre every day. Although you can travel exactly the same journey on service trams, people seem happy (or too stupid) to pay the extra fare to ride on these trams.
