26 july 2013 - Datteln, Castroper Straße. W grudniu 2011 roku firma Kossmann została przejęta przez Tausendfeuer Holding GmbH na którego czele stoi Ulrich Nickel. Pan Nickel ma zatem w swoim posiadaniu już trzy firmy przewozowe: Reisedienst Nickel, Wessels Reisedienst oraz Kossmann Reisen. Pan Kossmann definitywnie się pożegnał ze swoim przedsiębiorstwem. Firma mieści się teraz pod tym samym adresem co Wessels. W związku ze zmianą właściciela na autobusach pojawiła się nazwa firmy napisana identyczną pod względem kroju i kolorystyki czcionką co na autobusach Nickela i Wesselsa.
