october 1988 - KR 95.845 was originally operated by Torkils Rutebiler, a private enterprise located in Køge South of Copenhagen. The vehicle was taken over by Linjebuss in 1990. In 1998 it was sold to UAB Kolegita in Vilnius. Photo from October 1988 at the station in Køge.

Thank you. There was the first major EU procurement in Greater Copenhagen in 1990 of a number of bus routes. Many old operators lost their licenses, including Torkils Rutebiler. The fleet was taken over by Linjebuss, which entered into the Danish market in 1990.

Actually the fist owner was "Torkils Rutebiler". The name Torkil kan be spelled in many ways in Danish, but this one was merely "Torkil".
