9 january 2015 - Kielce, ul. Edmunda Massalskiego (pętla na osiedlu Ślichowice). Ikarus mimo tego, że nie powinien pojawić się na linii 46 to jednak musiał zastąpić Solarisa U18. Sytuacja powtórzyła się też dzisiejszego dnia (tj. 23-09-2015r.), gdzie ten sam Ikar musiał w rezerwie wyjechać na pół kółka na linię 46.
