  Uhm...it's a sort of very small lake for recreation and birds.

  Hi straphan. No this is not a one way road. But it is in use only for buses and traffic for building activities. The cars behind the bus are therefore illegal on this road. There are some places where you can pass another bus. But it is a short way, I think 750 meters or something.
