PATCO to 22-kilometrowa linia metra łącząca centrum Filadelfii z południowo-wschodnimi rubieżami aglomeracji, położonymi w stanie New Jersey. System jest całkowicie niezależny zarówno od MPK Filadelfia (czyli SEPTA) jak i WPK New Jersey (czyli NJT) - oznacza to również brak integracji taryfowej. Do obsługi linii przeznaczonych jest 121 wagonów z dwóch dostaw w 1968 i 1979 r.
