9 september 2018 - Kiev, Ukraine: A definite candidate for today`s "Spot the Tatra T3" competition is this semi-low floor car, one of a small series built in the local tramway workshops and seen here at the end of Line 22 on the less-favoured left bank system. I guess that most money is going in to the lines on the opposite bank and that this group of lines will eventually close.
