16 february 2010 - Cairo, Egypt - Shari Suez: A single track stub terminus of one of the last remaining tram routes in Cairo before total closure of what had once been an extensive system. Hitachi tram #4084 waits for passengers before setting off on a cross-city service in Heliopolis. These were the newest trams here, arriving as a kit of parts which were assembled locally - by the time this photo was taken, they had started to bcome a kit of parts once again, with doors that no longer closed, broken seats and various broken bits.
