29 july 2004 - Jena, Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse. Car 118 runs along a rather old-fashioned, gutter-running single track on Line 2 towards the city centre. You could say that this tram is the strazny of German tramways – it’s been to many different systems in its lifetime! It eventually settled down in Jena for its last years in normal service.

29 july 2004 - Jena, Germany - Karl-Liebknecht Strasse: Another go-anywhere tram was Jena #118, which had worked at Gera, Nordhausen and Gorlitz before finishing its career at Jena. Nearly all the Gotha trams still being used in Jena had an interesting and varied history with a number of different operators and Jena kept them in reserve long after most other cities had finished with them.
