26 september 2008 - Bucuresti (RO) – Bucur Obor. An example of what can be achieved with imagination (and money). Here, the tramway has been separated from the street and a new road underpass built alongside. However, at the next junction (which is a key bus and metro interchange point) the tram goes right underneath and there are no tram stops, which is stupid.

28 september 2008 - Bucuresti, Romania – Gara de Nord. Line 34 terminates in the street outside the main Bucuresti railway station. Here you can see that the low floor is just an illusion!
