19 september 2010 - Bruxelles/Brussel - Quatre Bras. UITP 125 Years Anniversary - one amazing day. The furthest-travelled visitor was this typical Peter Witt car from ATM Milano, which ran with crush loads all day. Differences in wheel profiles and power collection arrangements (trolley pole, pantograph or bow collector) didn't seem to worry STIB, which even allowed the visiting trams to operate with their 'foreign' crews after a brief test run.
In UK, the Health and Safety people would have gone mad.....
