19 august 2010 - Budapest, Ors vezer tere. Magyar busz turns as good as it cans. All of buses of 200 series in Budapest have Voith or ZF automatic gearboxes. In a conversation with old bus driver I was told that in Budapest automatic Praga 2M70 gearboxes were tested in early 1970s. Supposedly, they were manufactured on Czech license. I was also told that since late 1970s there was no Ikarus with manual gearbox in BKV. May anyone verify this info?
