18 march 2011 - Milano (IT) – Vigentino, Via Gagini. Down in the southern suburbs, an older Milano tram waits to return to the city. These will be the next class to be scrapped, before the remaining Peter Witt cars, which seem to be immortal and will no doubt reach their 100th birthday.

I think the 4600 and 4700 cars will go first
The second batch of the 4900 cars (shown here) have been fitted with airconditioning units and will last a few more years. The first batch may go though but surely the much older 4600/4700 class cars will be retired first (not many 4600 cars left anyway).
