august 1990 - Wehmingen, August 1990. Vehicle no. 25 of the Stadtwerke Oberhausen. The model was delivered by Waggonfabrik Aktien-Gesellschaft vorm. P. Herbrand & Cie., Köln- Ehrenfeld in 1899-1900 to the Stadtwerke Oberhausen (nos. 14-31). The chassis was built by Düsseldorfer Eisenbahnbedarf, vorm. Carl Weyer & Cie with electric equipment from Siemens & Halske.
