22 march 2014 - Almere, Passage, linia 1Almere, miasto zbudowane na terenie wydartym morzu, dość pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Śródmieście to jedno wielkie centrum handlowe, a autobusy poruszają się wydzielonymi jezdniami, częściowo pod ziemią (ze skrzyżowaniami włącznie). Nie spodziewałem się też tak wysokiej częstotliwości oraz przegubowców przejętych po GVU w roli linii MAXX.

18 august 2010 - Almere - Muziekwijk, Prozastraat. Almere to najmłodsze miasto w Holandii, powstałe w latach 1970-tych na polderze. Projektanci mieli z pewnością wiele radości tworząc plan miasta na świeżo osuszonych polach, nie zapomnieli jednak o komunikacji zbiorowej. Poszczególne dzielnice połączone są siecią buspasów, ścieżek rowerowych oraz dróg, z priorytetem ruchu według tej właśnie kolejności. Buspasy prowadzone są poza głównymi ulicami i obejmują większą część linii autobusowych, dowożących pasażerów do stacji kolejowych, ale także m.in. do przedmieść Amsterdamu. Almere dynamicznie się rozrasta, za dwa lata oddana ma być do użytku ostatnia z przewidzianych stacji kolejowych, do której już teraz doprowadzono buspasy oplatające dzielnicę, którą stacja obsłuży. Jakoś tak dziwnie.
