Volvo Steyr Jelcz SS11
1991 - Dziś mija dokładnie rok od kiedy jestem na TWB. Z tej okazji przypomnienie ślepego zaułka naszej motoryzacji. Na początku transformacji ustrojowej Volvo i Jelcz snuły plany co do współpracy. W Polsce planowano wytwarzać konstrukcje STEYRa (który został przejęty przez Volvo) SS11 i SG18. W celach promocyjnych wzięto pojazdy (krótki i długi) od "BUNDES BUS" i przyczepiono z przodu pokaźny znak "JELCZ". Zdjęcie to zostało zmieszczone w tygodniku "auto motor sport" nr 39 z 1991.11.10. Jak to wszystko się skończyło powszechnie wiadomo. SG18 nazwano M180 i skończyło się na kilku sztukach. A solówka została tylko w planach.

24 october 2007 - Burgas, Bulgaria. Yet another bus with a registration plate from Pazardzhik, that got here mysteriously. It was probably brought by "Burgavolan" as well as the Karosa bus. The vehicle was at this place for a half a year and then disappeared. On the picture you can clearly see that it's not in service. The signs on the front glass say that it was last time in service in 2005. This is not the first place this bus pops up mysteriously. A couple of years ago I saw it in Kiten or Primorsko. But I think it's already scrapped. However, I'm not sure and still hope it's somewhere out there, waiting for someone to repair it and to put it in service again despite its age. P. S. 15 may 2006 - Pernik (Bułgaria). Z wyświetlacza wynika że ostatnią linią na jakiej jeździł było 'A' w Innsbrucku. Teraz jeździ na 17 udając trolejbus.
