3 august 2008 - Burgas, Bulgaria. This is one of the first (if not the bery first) days of this bus in service in Burgas. Of course, they put it on the line to Sozopol, because it is the place where the most luxurious and comfortable buses of BurgasBus go. There are lots of passengers, including tourists, so it isn't suitable to put a Chavdar 11M4 to take them to Sozopol. I like Setra buses, but I hate when I see buses with scratched windows and seats with wrirings on them on their first day in the city. I mean, why do BB buy vandalized buses? And this particular Setra is starting to rust. You can also see that the front bumper is a bit deformed.

30 july 2008 - Burgas, Bulgaria. While I was taking a walk with my friend, I saw this thing. This is the one and only Iveco Daily of "Burgasvolan", which they use for the line 9a. If it was here, it probably wasn't in service by that time, because the line doesn't pass through here. The vehicle was bought earlier this year in order to replace the Chavdar LC 51 which was running on this line for years. The Iveco is certainly better than the Chavdar, but it's still very bad investition for me, because its condition is far from OK, especially the ceiling over the front window. Maybe, it was better when "BurgasBus" were operating the line, but they left it over 5 years ago, because they weren't gaining money from it - actually, it was free. When "Burgasvolan" took it, the drivers started to sell tickets. In the beginning there were several Chavdar LC 51 buses, but then there was only one left. It was scrapped this year.

Ever since its inception in Burgas in October, 2007, this urban bus runs only on interurban and suburban lines. What do BurgasBus think they're doing? Why do they always take the better urban buses and put them on other lines?

25 july 2008 - Burgas, Bulgaria. A Neoplan N4021 on the line Burgas-Ravda-Nesebar is captured while leaving the bus station near the Port of Burgas. These are the only low-floor buses in Burgas that I like and don't perceive as coffins. So, when they left the urban lines in April, 2007, I was very angry at BurgasBus and I still am.

17 july 2008 - Burgas, Bulgaria. Chavdar 120 on the line Burgas - Chernomoretz - Sozopol. I'm very happy to see this bus on an intercity line, because it means that it's still not old for this kind of stuff and that also means that BurgasBus trusts it and believe that it won't disappoint... much the tourists from other countries and that nothing will happen to it on the way to Sozopol. But there's one inconvenience - that's an urban bus and there is no place, purposed for the passengers' luggage.
