Since 1 July the city routes in Stavanger are operated by Norgesbuss AS, while many of the regional routes (nearly all those that Boreal had) are operated by Nettbuss AS. The fleet number "2368" does not fit in with any of the known series. All buses for Norgesbuss have been added to the database (series 2000-2400), but not so many of those for Nettbuss, as we don`t have any complete fleet lists yet. What logo does it say on (or over) the rear-most side window?
Could it be that it must run in Ryfylke - Rogaland ?
It`s okay .. I believe that the company ( Boreal ) still driving in the area which I have mentioned .

The only non-commercial traffic that Boreal has south of Trøndelag is the one garaged at Tau in Ryfylke (what used to be Østerhus Buss), but it is beyond unlikelyness that they would get a new Volvo and specially a 15m there without anybody knowing about it. Also any new buses to Boreal now would get fleet numbers from 1770-something and up. #1768 is taken. Boreal now got so many semi-old buses to get rid of, that they definitely don`t need to buy any new. The majority of the city buses from Stavanger are going to Budapest this autumn. But if the last two digits are xx68, then this has to be Nettbuss #3068, which also fits very well with type of bus. We just don`t know the exact identity on them yet, but registration numbers are between RL 10491 and RL 10510.
