Well, I think this is indifferent... Everybody knows which is the body and which is the chassis.
But that's a rule. The beginners with public transport hobby think inversely...
What kind of rule? The official name of these buses in Hungary just simple Ikarus E94, E95, etc. without the chassis - this is just an additional information, which you can find in the data sheet of the vehicle.
I think there is little problem. In Hungary there is common name Ikarus E94, E95. But in Finland the same buses they call Volvo B10BLE / Ikarus EAG E94. I don't know how it should be correct but I notice that there is problem. For example: http://www.phototrans.eu/14,365280,0,Scania_L94UB_6x2___Ikarus_EAG_E94_4.html
We should discuss and make agreement in this area.
How it is in hungary?
As I said before, it is irrelevant, but in my opinion it is easier to find or identify a bus by the body... So we usually write just the body.
Unfortunately in the United Kingdom and Scandinavian countries chassis is more important and the body is additional information. But personally I think exactly like you.
