Only main city with ikaruses will be Budapest. Praha - 2000, Warszawa - 2013, Bucuresti - 2008(?), Bratislava - 2007, Tallin - ?, Berlin - ?, Moscow - 2014?
You forgot about Chisinau/Kishinev!
In Moscow the last Ik-280 were retired in 2014, but five Ik-435 are still in service.
I was wondering about Ankara (which had a large fleet of 260s at least in 2012) and Dushanbe (they had purchased 35-40 280.33O in early 2000s, but they might be gone by now).
I`m also wondering if there are still Ikarus buses in Istanbul, Bursa and Tehran.
Tehran is no longer operating any of its Eastern European vehicles (Ikarus & Skoda 15Tr). Bursa and Istanbul aren`t capital cities... but we can obviously discuss them as well Turkey is making huge investments in public transport, so they might have already replaced them with modern low-floor fleet (also, with new rail lines).
Vilniaus - 2008, Riga - 2005, Tallinn - 2004, Moscow - private ex Mosgorotrans
