7 october 2010 - Toronto. York University. Brampton is the 1st transit authority to use the XDE40 "Xcelsior' hybrid. They are assigned to a new limited stop service called "ZÜM", the initial route 501 runs from Brampton downtown to York University on a 15 minute frequency.

Really good design in this model
NYMTA is going to test one this year. I'm not sure if some ideas from Xcelsior are being adopted to 2011 C40LFR for MTA.
