19 september 2011 - These buses are being discovered as one of the worst buses that were purchased by Egged, one of them already burned down - nine months after it was built (75-240-69)
The second series is also suffering from problems with the LCD destination screen and part of the destinations display in gibberish, like in this photo.

Yes, Merkavim is building this body since 2003, first they built it on Volvo B7L chassis, then Low Entry Version of this body (called "Pioneer") and now they build this body on Scania chassis.

When working the LCD displays are pretty awesome. Also, you have to admit that that's a sleek, beautiful design that, in my opinion looks better than almost any bus in this website... You gotta admit Egged's got style.
