28 september 2008 - Constanta (RO) – depou/zajezdnia. One of the Electroputere V3A trams bought new when this system opened in 1984. Although considerably newer (and much bigger) than the Tatras imported from Germany, these were not as well regarded, probably because of their pretty basic Romanian construction and lack of proper maintenance.

Aside from CKD products, it's tough to find a decent tram made in Eastern Europe. Look at Poland - some places are happy to replace much newer 105N/805N trams with Duewags.
