  How high? I really don't know, but very high Look: http://www.pozitivni-noviny.cz/IMAGES/020/1-Hlubocepy/101_0124.JPG and http://www.pozitivni-noviny.cz/IMAGES/020/1-Hlubocepy/101_0122.JPG. No, it's forbidden to walk on the flyover (pity :( signs beside entrance say 'stop and do not walk on'), but it's possible. The pavement is using when something is broken down on the flyover and it was built for evacuation... I believe it won't be using for evacuation in the future!

  I see, it really high!:)They won't use this for evacuation.The road will move by itself;)
