3 october 2005 - Torino, Corso Regina Margherita. Aby godnie zaprezentować się w czasie Mundialu w 1990 roku należało odświeżyć nieco przedwojenny park taborowy. W 1989 roku Fiat i Ansaldo rozpoczęły dla Turynu produkcję nowego, już wtedy niskopodłogowego tramwaju. Do 1992 roku zbudowano 54 takie wagony. Kolejne dostawy miały miejsce dopiero 10 lat później.
