The interuption in bus service caused by double suicide attempt on a roof of one of buildings at People's St. The poster saying "HAIYR" ("NO") is pre-referendal one. The consitutional referendum took place just a week afterwards. The outcome is "YES", meaning the amendments forced by the government were made.
