6 november 2011 - Szczecin, ulica Rymarska. Jeden tor rozebrano do gruntownego remontu, a na drugim wykoleił się skład towarowy niszcząc również słup trakcyjny. Uszkodzenia te były na tyle poważne, że tor udrożniono dopiero 10.11.2011. Przez ten czas pociągi na odcinku do Gryfina zastępowane były przez autobusy.
