23 september 2013 - Toruń, Przy Kaszowniku street. Second surprise that day on the ground that MZK had vehicle lack after ITD (Road Transportation Inspection) control. Line nr 25 was serviced by shorter vehicles than 12-metre long, which should run on this route. Both brigades was serviced by small Solaris buses: #572 and #574. Overall, what is the difference, when city pays the same money for short, standard and articulated vehicles...

''i tak miasto płaci tę samą stawkę za wozy krótkie, standardowe i przegubowe...'' ale ze jak placi ,za co ?
Trochę za duży skrót myślowy użyłem. Ta sama stawka za każdy kilometr przejechany przez wóz krótki, standardowy czy też przegubowy.
