12 december 2011 - Lublin, al. Kompozytorów Polskich. Koncepcja planu zabudowy dla Czechowa powstała już w 1960 r. Przewidziano w niej m. in. kina i hale sportowe. Rozpoczęcie budowy osiedli dla 35 tys. mieszkańców planowano już w 1965 r. Stało się to jednak dopiero w 1974 r.
