8 october 2008 - Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Baritiu. This hand-painted DAC is probably an ex-Cluj city bus and is now run by an unknown operator to the village of Gilau in the Carpathian mountains. The traffic along this main road into the city centre is horrendous, and buses and trams are continually held up.

Timis car 08 and trailer head west on Line 102, which runs the full length of the track, whereas Lines 100 and 101 are just short-workings along the same route. Road traffic, as in all Romanian cities, is extremely heavy and frequently obstructs the trams.

This city runs the usual mix of second-hand German trams on one long, east-west line built entirely in the street, even though it dates only from 1987. Ex-Berlin Tatra KT4-D 41 runs through the industrial area at the east end of the route – note the fleet number displayed on the route number indicator.

31 august 2008 - Kluż Napoka (Rumunia), plac Dworcowy. Tramwaje w Klużu uruchomiono zaledwie 21 lat temu. Funkcjonuje jedna trasa przez całe miasto, na której poruszają się tramwaje trzech linii: 100, 101 i 102. Obecnie tabor składa się głównie z berlińskich KT4D i magdeburskich T4D oraz pozostałości rumuńskich timiszów. Jak widać mają też metro ;-)
