27 august 2009 - Grudziądz, ul. Klasztorna. W Grudziądzu nie byłem ładnych pare lat i już zapomniałem jakie to ładne miasto i ile tu ciekawych motywów, także od dziś - dla focistów z tego miasta podnosimy poprzeczkę:)

14 june 2009 - Grudziądz, al. 23 Stycznia. Kręgosłup tramwajowy Grudziądza łączący Tarpno z Rządzem. Niektóre kursy jeżdżą z Rządza do Dworca PKP (tylko rano) i z Tarpna do Dworca (tylko wieczorem). Dzisiaj kursowały trzy Duewagi (#74, #75, #76) i skład 805Na (#68+#66).

22 april 2009 - Arad, platforma Vest. Jak dla mnie hit inwestycyjny! Wybudowana w 2005 roku linia do strefy przemysłowej wykorzystywana jest... dwa razy dziennie. Linia 1b pojawia się tu koło 7 i koło 15. W dni wolne tramwaje tu nie kursują.

30 april 2005 - Jena, Lobdergraben. W dwuosiowym wagonie Gotha zmieści się najwyżej niewielki kinderbal, a nowych GT6M trochę szkoda przeznaczać na rozpustę. Dlatego na potrzeby działalności gastronomiczno-rozrywkowej zakupiono z Heidelbergu 6-osiowego rupiecia.

21 march 2009 - Elbląg - Nad Jarem, ul. Ogólna. ...elbląskiej komunikacji tramwajowej wydają się być układane przez roztrzepanego emeryta z przewlekłymi zanikami pamięci. Mianowicie, jak sobie facet gdzieś zapisze, to porządny takt potrafi ułożyć (linia 3 oraz 5). Do tego grona można zaliczyć ewentualnie 4-kę, jednak po dołożeniu dodatkowej brygady koleś kompletnie się pogubił. O ile w układaniu rozkładu 2-jki pomagała maszyna losująca LOTTO, o tyle 1-ka to kompletny kabaret w wykonaniu "Starszego Pana". Na przystanku będziemy czekali od 20 do nawet... 45 minut. Dzięki takiemu, nowoczesnemu i "po europejsku", rozwiązaniu w godzinach popołudniowych mamy trzy wozy na godzinę, a w czasie szczytów przewozowych - jeden. Mimo to, komunikację tramwajową w tym mieście oceniam dobrze. Po kilku minutach czekania na przystanek punktualnie podstawia się tramwaj w dobrym stanie technicznym. Nienaganny stan torowiska zwiększa komfort jazdy, a sama kultura motorniczych dodatkowo poprawia wizerunek zarówno przewoźnika, jak i samego organizatora - to tak w skrócie.

21 march 2009 - Elbląg - Śródmieście, al. Grunwaldzka. Kolejne połączenie, oznaczone cyfrą 2, dociera, podobnie jak jedynka i czwórka, do pętli Druska (ktokolwiek to był), a w kursie powrotnym do, znajdującej się w sąsiedztwie lasku, Marymonckiej. Posiada standardowy takt 20-25 minut... P.S. do limiterów: nie da rady zmniejszyć mi ograniczenia w ilości wrzucanych zdjęć?

8 february 2009 - Fulpmes. Tramwaj oczekuje odjazdu do Innsbrucka. Trasa tej linii jest imponująca - biegnie wysokimi estakadami, chowa się w tunelach i składa się praktycznie z samych zakrętów śmierci. Fulpmes to stacja końcowa, znajduje się tutaj również mała zajezdnia. Choć brzmi to dumnie, jest to w praktyce drewniana szopa, w której można schować dwa tramwaje. ;)

8 september 2008 - Heidelberg. Germany – depot/zajezdnia. I just noticed that this tram has some sort of subsidiary number – 299 – but I have no idea why this is. Perhaps we should record it as ‘299 234’. Other Heidelberg trams don’t seem to have this feature.

8 september 2008 - Heidelberg, Germany – Karl-Metz-Strasse. Now the RNV organisation runs all interurban and city transport operations in the region, trams in traditional HSB Heidelberg livery are becoming scarce. Deuwag GT6 pair 230 and 243 show these very attractive colours as they pass the tram depot with a Line 24 service.

14 may 2007 - Innsbruck, Austria – Bergisel. Under some SERIOUS overhead wiring, a Stubaitalbahn service from Fulpmes comes through the IVB depot yard, having descended the steep ramp in the background. This is the only connection, as the Stubaitalbahn was a separate, high voltage line terminating here and it is only in recent years it has been linked to the city tramways. The Innsbruck trolleybus lines closed in Spring 2007 – the overhead wire engineers were very happy……….

14 may 2007 - Fulpmes, Austria – At the pretty little Stubaitalbahn station, GT8 car 83 waits with a morning service to Innsbruck. Until earlier this year, IVB Innsbruck was an all-Deuwag operation, but low-floor cars are now creeping in to replace many of these attractive and well-maintained cars.

5 october 2008 - Arad, Romania – Teatrul Ioan Slavici. More head scratching – perhaps all Romanian tramway breakdown men are sent on a training course, to learn how to do this? Anyway, the first tram across the repaired track is an eight-wheeled ZGT8 Deuwag, one of the biggest they’ve got, so the engineer watches anxiously whilst it creeps across the newly-welded rail.

5 october 2008 - Arad, Romania - Strada Giogirliei. Another ex-Essen tram squeezes along the narrow, unmade street towards Piata Romana. At the time of my visit, track renewals elsewhere meant that twice as many trams as normal were using this street – a definite bonus!

5 october 2008 - Arad, Romania - Strada Preparandiei. Another ex-BOGESTRA GT6 in a street that is only roughly surfaced, like several in this poorer part of the city. Tram traffic here is one-way, with the track in the opposite direction using a parallel street.

5 october 2008 - Arad, Romania - Piata Romana. A GT6 this time, on city Line 3. This tram is ex-BOGESTRA in Bochum. Piata Romana is a busy spot and trams are continually arriving and departing. All pointwork is manually-operated, though, and a pointsman is employed here all day to stand in the road and change the points.

26 may 2003 - Schoneiche, Germany – zajezdnia/depot. Duwag 229 of HSB Heidelberg was just one of several similar cars bought second-hand by Schoneiche. It stands in the depot yard as delivered, waiting for repainting into the livery it’s the new owners. It would have become Schoneiche 45, but I don’t think it ever made it into service.

26 may 2003 - Freidrichshagen, Germany – S-Bahnhof. The Schonieche tramway is another independent line in the Berlin suburbs, this time metre gauge. Schonieche has obtained a large selection of interesting old rolling stock over the years and is also very enthusiast-friendly, so worth a visit. GT6 car 42 is a classic Duwag from Heidelberg and is seen here at the western terminus. This type is not much used today, though, as Tatra KT4Ds run the basic service.

20 may 2005 - Waltershausen, near Gotha. I didn’t manage to post this photo yesterday. Double ended Deuwag 528 almost looks like a model as it creeps between back gardens near Waltershausen Bahnhof. This part of Line 4 is a short shuttle service, meeting main line trams at the aptly-named Gleisdreieck (literally, ‘triangular junction’ – which it is).

4 july 2008 - Elbląg, ul. Królewiecka. Elbląg zrobił na mnie dobre wrażenie, komunikacja niestety znacznie gorsze. Słabiutkie rozkłady jazdy na 1 i 3 (odstępy minutowe między kolejnymi tramwajami od 4 do ponad 20!), tragiczna prędkość tramwajów... Nie jest dobrze, ale chyba idzie ku lepszemu.
