3 october 2008 - Resita (RO) –depou/zajezdnia. A contrast in syles. Car #38 is a Duewag N from 1963, still wearing its original Frankfurt colour scheme and even the original number, and #28 is an ex-Dortmund GT8. Surprisingly enough, the Frankfurt tram is older by three years. A couple of things to note. Firstly, they don’t seem to bother here with registration plates for their trams – I wonder why? I thought this was a Government requirement for Romanian trams. Secondly, the fleet number is always displayed in the destination screen – neat but effective.
