14 october 2010 - Piaseczno, ul. Geodetów 39. Jelcz od zadniej strony. Rdza zaatakowała niemal wszystko, co mogła, włącznie z tym, co znajduje się za tylną klapą (kawałek można było dojrzeć). W pojazd zaczynają powoli wrastać zdrewniałe chabazie, zaś zamknięte na kłódki wnętrze jest po brzegi wypełnione wszelakimi dobrami, które nie znalazły swojego miejsca w halach warsztatów samochodowych obok. Niektórzy w obejściu zaś twierdzą, iż jest to "autobus"... Podziękowania dla pana ochroniarza, który umożliwił obejrzenie pojazdu z perspektywy nie-zza-płotu :) (na życzenie mogę dać zdjęcie w kolorach naturalnych)

14 october 2010 - Piaseczno, ul. Geodetów 39. A on wciąż stoi, zarośnięty, ale stoi... Zimą zeszłego roku uwolniona była tylko jedna tyczka - teraz dołączyła do niej druga. Blachy boczne są gdzieniegdzie zardzewiałe, słupki między oknami zupełnie zgniłe, podobnie, jak ekspozytor liniowych "filmów" (które jednak wciąż są wyraźne i nawet tak bardzo nie wyblakły). Ciekawe, w jakim stanie jest jego podwozie - poduszki zawieszenia są tak zniszczone, że trolejbus niemal siedzi na ziemi całym swoim obrysem. Zbieraki prądu obu pantografów nie posiadają już nakładek; linki odbieraków wyparowały. Pojazd jest wykorzystywany jako magazyn - jest cały zawalony przeróżnymi rupieciami i szczelnie zamknięty na 2 lub 3 kłódki. Jedyną rzeczą, która cieszy, jest (oprócz tego, że wciąż istnieje) to, że Jelczyk ten jest kompletny - nie brakuje mu chyba ani jednego detalu z zewnątrz, wszystko jest na swoim miejscu i jest całe - ozdobne oznaczenia, każdy klosz, każdy, nawet najmniejszy uchwycik... Jeszcze rok temu obok niego stał Saurer i Moser - obecnie nie ma po nich śladu (no, prawie - pozostały ślady opon i kawałki stłuczonej szyby z Mosera [?]) - widać dostały nową szansę; mam nadzieję, że ten Jelczyk również kiedyś taką dostanie. Opisy w pozostałych językach wstawię później, teraz nie mam czasu.

During the next Theather Sq. - People's Hall ride, on Szczytnicka Str. something broke down in the low-tension circuit (the motorman wasn't able to open the doors), and the vehicle was forced to finish it's voyage in Dąbie Depot (VI).

23 june 2010 - Warsaw, Puławska Str. (photo taken from a bus). On the way to Piaseczno #5672 had a very serious collision with a van - it smashed into it's right door (it was the van driver's fault). The 280 was on the line 709 or 727 - if I wasn't late at Metro Wilanowska, I would have probably taken this bus... Is this accident the end of this Ikarus' egsistence, I don't know.

19 july 2010 - Lisbon. Remodelado's #9 back control desk, manufactured by Kiepe Elektrik. The manometer on the right shows air pressure in air brake installation (Remodelled cars #5xx have three different braking systems). Every Remodelado #5xx has a noisy air compressor installed in the rear.

Near the 4-axled "Soapbox" tram #904 stands a pre-war, also 4-axled wagon #348 (probably St. Louis, and probably also still in occasional service). In the background tram powerhouse's old AEG generator can be seen.

19 july 2010 - Lisbon, Carris Museum. One of 10 4-axled "Saopboxes" trams built by C.C.F.L. Santo Amaro shops in the end of 1940s. It seems that it's still in occasional operation. It's bogies have a very interesting construction, very rare in this type of rail vehicles. This tram was withdrawned from service in the end of 1980s / in the beginning of 1990s.

28 july 2010 - Lisbon. An interesting thing - the last "Soapbox" tram (trailer) still in public service - unfortunately, only as a little resting station situated in the middle of the parking, in the middle of the Belém tram loop (look at the map). It's very crowded there, that was the best view presenting the whole tram. The wagon stands on the cobble stone on two little steel rails. All "Soapboxes" (both 2- and 4-axled) were withdrawned from service between 1985 and 1993.

19 july 2010 - Lisbon, Carris Museum. This cigar-looking wagon is a design revolution of the 1930s; the Lisbonners called these trams 'Boi', that means 'Oxes' - number of the first new wagon was #801, and figure '8' looked almost like a letter 'B' (and figure "1" like letter "I"). These trams were built in Santo Amaro shop complex.

19 july 2010 - Lisbon, Carris Museum. One of the most beautiful Carris' historic trams - Brill #535 - is still in occasional service; that they it was left in the barn with it's lights on.

19 july 2010 - Lisbon, Carris Museum. Tram miniature which was used as an element of a study Project for articulated trams. What's interesting, the tram is on line number 16, not 15. During Lisbon International Fair in 1983, Carris used a big maquette of this tram's front part to decorate it's platform. Was this miniature present there - I don't know. The visitors were greeted by a red-white model of a german GT6 tram (or GT8).

10 september 2010 - Road No. 7, parking near a petrol station somewhere between Warsaw and Kielce. The vehicle had no problems with Tatra montain roads; furthermore, the vehicle was very quiet inside, and during the cruise it was almost swimming, not rolling on the road. This bus is in a very good technical condition and I`m sure it will serve for many many yaers.

26 july 2010 - Lisbon, Prac,a do Comercio. Remodelado #550 on line 28, red touristic #7 has just finished it's ride. Behind it stays four-axle St. Louis tram #10, used as a little tourist centre (in this wagon Carristur's tickets can be bought; these tickets are also valid for Carris' trams, buses and all Elevadors for 24 hours :) ).

19 july 2010 - Cascais [Cashcaeesh], Portugal, roundabout in front of the railway station. However this MAN wears BusCas liberies, it belongs to ScottURB - such buses run on a line from railway station to Guia in the western part of the city. Tickets can be bought only onboard. The place where #528 was photographed is one of the busiest in the city - sometimes it is even difficult for the bus to stop near the bus stop...

19 july 2010 - Lisbon, Santo Amaro Depot. That day little saloon tram St. Louis #2 was in museum service - it ran to the southern part of the depot, where the tram exposition is located. The motorman just stopped here, turned the trolley pole and waited for next guests to come. Above the depot we can see the immense miniature of the Golden Gate Bridge (San Francisco) - The 25. April's Bridge.

26 july 2010 - Lisbon. This year Elevador da Bica received new colours - I think it looks quite nice in these plastic silver plates. Wagon number 2 is climbing up, controlled by lady in yellow shirt. Bica's wagons are rather primitive in their construction... Wheel diameter is approximately 20, maybe 30 cm. The steering cable's diameter is almost the same as the thumb's diameter.

31 august 2010 - Wrocław, WKO, rozjazd Most. Zakończona transformacja wagonu #1105'' (ex rosyjski Ch #1105) - wzorując się na działaniach Modertransu wykonałem całkowitą wymianę pudła. "Nowe" pochodzi od blaszanego tramwaju wyprodukowanego przez firmę Agatex prawdopodobnie ok. 50 lat temu (może niektórzy starsi userzy pamiętają te blaszaki); zostało kupione na Allegro i było w raczej złym stanie. Po całkowitym wyczyszczeniu z rdzy pudło zostało pokryte kilkakrotnie lakierem samochodowym (kolor Narcissengelb), później doszedł akrylowy czerwony pas. Stalowy pantograf jest zamontowany na oryginalnych mocowaniach starego, blaszanego pantografu. Końce wagonu są wyposażone w pojedyncze reflektory diodowe LED i dwa gniazda sterowania wielokrotnego. Zespół napędowy to zregenerowana i wzmocniona moja konstrukcja z 2008 roku. Wagon jest prosto spod igły - czeka na niektóre drobne detale typu dokończenie montażu elektryki, polakierowanie niektórych drobnych elementów czy montaż charakterystycznych, lilpopowskich "kominków" na numer linii. Zdjęcie robione w deszczową pogodę, więc jeśli z jakością coś nie tak, dawać znać, poprawię.

7 august 2007 - Chiny, Pekin (Beijing), ciekawostka gdzieś z centrum. "...Wżdy Chińczycy nie gęsi, iż swój język mają", parafrazując słowa wieszcza; mam jednak nadzieję, że ewentualne wersje eksportowe podobnych pojazdów będą miały bardziej, powiedzmy, zrozumiałą dla nas nazwę ;) Autobus opisany nazwą uwiecznioną na zdjęciu był piętrowcem bez klimatyzacji, stąd bilet na przejazd obsługiwaną przez niego linią był, jak nam powiedział przewodnik, tańszy od innych biletów (7 juanów, w przeliczeniu na złotówki z kursu z 08.2007 - ok. 1 zł). Jednak brak klimy Chińczyków nie odstraszał - pojazd i tak był cały zapchany (mało który tam zresztą nie był).

28 may 2010 - Warszawa, ul. Św. Bonifacego. Widok w ciągu roku stosunkowo rzadki - na tym odcinku ulicy (koło Jeziorka Czerniakowskiego) planowo przejeżdża tylko 164 (i to bez zatrzymania). W związku z pracami remontowymi prowadzonymi na ul. Gołkowskiej tuż przy Elektrociepłowni Siekierki, czasowo wyłączony został z użytkowania przystanek Sypniewska - linie 162 i 159 przekierowano na objazd ulicami Św. Bonifacego, Powsińską i Augustówką (co daje w rozkładach jazdy obu linii dodatkowych 8 przystanków). Na tej pierwszej urządzono dwa dodatkowe "polowe" przystanki, w rozkładzie ujęte jako Jeziorko Czerniakowskie (za to na znakach już nazwy brak). Zdjęcie wykonane z pokładu sypiącego się już gniota #4862 (także na 159).

7 august 2007 - PRC, Chéngdū, Sichouan province. That time I started my "adventure" with transport photography, so this foto here is not so perfect. Traffic jams in Chéngdū - typical thing...

9 may 2010 - Kopaniny, mała miejscowość kilka km za Wieluniem (przy DK8). Wypatrzona już dawno temu 1/2 Jelcza 080 stoi od co najmniej kilku lat w tym samym miejscu i tym samym (agonalnym) stanie (nadwozia pół, jednak w trawie można dojrzeć rudą od rdzy tylną część kratownicy). Dostęp do niego bronią, jak widać, aż dwa ogrodzenia; zdjęcie zrobione z samochodu, stąd trochę "szumiaste", jeśli się nie spodoba, usunę. BTW w przewoźniku "? - Łódź" istnieje jeden 080, nawet trochę podobny, jednak po porównaniu to raczej nie ten sam pojazd (inne malowanie, inny ekspozytor)...

14 april 2010 - Na wiekowym "Antonowie" "prężąca się" replika równie wiekowego modelu - hiszpańskiego, blaszanego dwuosiowego tramwaju, produkowanego w latach 20. przez firmę Paya i posiadającego napęd sprężynowy (nakręcany widocznym u dołu kluczykiem). Zdobycz z Allegro. Jest to przyszły #1110 z WKO, docelowo będzie kursował w zestawieniu z #1105, który jest w trakcie "maltretowania" warsztatowego. Premiera składu na linii spodziewana późną wiosną / latem.
